Matt Piedmont Pointing King Dork

For Will Ferrell and Adam McKayWill Ferrell and Adam McKay, through their Gary Sanchez production company, happen to be looking to get King Dork ready to go for six years. Galleries and company directors came and gone, but it is now finally going ahead, with Casa P Mi Padre's Matt Piedmont in the helm.Ferrell and co. acquired the choice on Frank Portman's novel in 2006, also it was in development at Vital. 3 years later it drifted to The new sony, with Seth Gordon attached. Clearly the associations created on Casa P Mi Padre were the charm though, and King Dork has become continuing to move forward being an indie. It involves school misfit Tom Henderson, the mysterious dying of his father, and also the existence-altering discovery of JD Salinger's The Catcher Within The Rye. This leads, the blurb informs us, to "several interlocking conspiracies including dead people, naked people, fake people, ESP, bloodstream, a secret code, guitars, monks, witchcraft, the Bible, women, the Crusades, a demon mind, and rock 'n roll.InchInchIt'sabout that moment when you are in the confines of the room together with your music, to going out on the planet with dreams of rock fame," states McKay. "They stumble through inside a frightening, amusing way and really inside a strange way become rock stars. All of us recall the days when you'd ride a bicycle to satisfy a woman, or obsess over album covers and check out bands like these were on the different planet."The script is as simple as DV DeVincentis, who authored High Fidelity and Grosse Point Blank. McKay states "It had been too good to allow go". It'll now proceed underneath the same set-as Casa P Mi Padre, like a co-production between Gary Sanchez and NALA Films, with shooting starting in June in Connecticut. There is no cast yet, so its unclear whether Ferrell can look or simply produce. But, states McKay, "Will certainly loves it, and you will find a great handful of roles he could play..."Casa P Mi Padre will debut in the SXSW festival on March 13 after which get its US release on March 16. There is no word yet on when it'll escape towards the United kingdom.

Leonard Nimoy Becomes Big Bang Theory's "Dream" Guest Star

Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder When The Vampire Diaries flashed back to the early 1900s to explore Stefan's ripper origins, Damon was very much absent from his brother's life. When the CW series travels to that era again, viewers will see exactly how the rift between the Salvatore boys was created. Vampire Diaries Photos! Flash back 100 years to "1912" "You start to see the rebirth of Damon Salvatore and where he was in 1912," Ian Somerhalder tells TVGuide.com. "You learn a lot about the dynamic of Stefan [Paul Wesley] and Damon and how it changed." The Vampire Diaries' Daniel Gillies: Elijah taking Elena hostage was the ultimate disgrace Although the pair has had more than a century of ups and downs, Somerhalder is confident that the strength of their brotherhood outweighs their differences - even the ones that involve a certain brunette named Elena (Nina Dobrev). "These guys could've killed each other a hundred times and they can't. They just cannot end it," he says. "They're the only two that know each other and understand each other ... and at the end of the day they do love each other and they have to take care of each other." The Vampire Diaries returns with new episodes on Thursday, March 15 at 8/7c on The CW.
